Psychotherapy is talk therapy, where you’ll discuss some of the things you’re going through in your life – past, present or future.
During the session, we can work through some of the issues by finding tools and establish ways on being and dealing with them.
Some examples of issues or conflict may be –
Anxiety, stress, depression, PTSD, trauma, or other mental health, job loss, relationship, addiction/recovery, family, or personal development and growth.
