Hi there, my name is Ichih Wang, my first name is pronounced Eye-Chee which means ‘wisdom’.
I am currently a Therapist, practicing psychotherapy counselling in Toronto Canada. I’ve also been teaching Yoga and certifying teachers since 2004 with over 1000+ hour of E-RYT.
I offer Psychotherapy sessions, private yoga classes & mentorship, empowerment workshops, and self-esteem and bullying talks/lectures in schools and universities.
I draw on the principles of Eastern philosophy of healing practices of Yoga, Breath work and Meditation; and blend them along with more process oriented modalities of Western Psychotherapy and active Coaching to create sustainable transformation.
I have lived in 3 different continents and continue to explore the world through travelling. I have been to over 60+ countries and it’s only just the beginning.
